Use of This Website
Our website is provided to help you browse mattresses, appliances, and furniture in stock at our Lawrenceville and Morrow, GA locations, and to reserve a specific in-stock unit for in-person pickup. Prices, availability, and condition are updated regularly but may change without notice.
In-Store Pickup Reservations
Reserving an item online holds that specific unit for you at the store shown at checkout. No online payment is collected — you pay in person when you pick up the item. A reservation is not a completed sale and may be released if you do not arrive to collect it.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program description. When you reserve an item for in-store pickup and check the SMS consent box at checkout, Compare Deals will send a one-time text message to the phone number you provide, confirming your reservation, the item, and the store where it’s held.
How to opt in. Check the SMS consent checkbox on the reservation checkout form on our website. Consent to receive this text is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. One transactional confirmation message per reservation. This program is not used for recurring marketing texts.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel future texts from us. You’ll receive a one-time confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed. To re-subscribe, reserve another item and re-check the consent box.

Supported carriers. Most major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Financing
Lease-to-own financing shown on our website (American First Finance, Acima, Snap, Koalafi) is offered directly by those third-party providers under their own terms. We are not the lender or lessor and are not responsible for their approval decisions or terms.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compare Deals Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our SMS program.
