Customer Service Rep — 4-Day Week, 3 Days Off
Compare Deals is an appliance and mattress outlet at 1395 Southlake Parkway in Morrow. We’re busy, the phone rings all day, and we need someone to take care of the people on the other end of it. Full time and part time are both open.
$16/hr
To start, for both roles. Paid weekly.
3 days off
Every week. Full time is 40 hours over 4 days.
No overnights
Ever. Paid break every shift.
Onsite
At the Morrow store. Not a remote or work-from-home job.
The Job
What you’d actually be doing
- Answer the store phone and return messages
- Greet customers on the floor and help them find what they need
- Look up inventory, prices and availability
- Take down delivery details and follow up on orders
- Keep the front of the store organized
What We’re Looking For
Mostly, someone who picks up
- You’re comfortable on the phone and you actually pick it up
- You can use a computer for email, orders and inventory lookups
- You show up when you say you will
- Retail or customer service experience helps, but we’ll train the right person
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus — a good part of our walk-in traffic speaks Spanish
The schedule
Full time: 40 hours a week over 4 days — three days off, every week. Part time: 3 days a week, including Sundays. We set your exact days and hours together at the interview, so tell us below what you can work.
